PRE-ORDER FAQ
We at Channel Fireball realize that ordering a product before it is released can be confusing. Here are some answers to typical questions asked about Pre-Order products. Please feel free to contact us at sales@channelfireball.com if you have additional questions, we are happy to help!
When will my Pre-Order ship?
All Pre-Orders are set to ship out within four days of the release date. We begin to ship Pre-Orders on the release date and strive to have them out as soon as possible, but due to supply issues beyond our control (when we receive the product, how much we receive) we can only guarantee shipment after four days. If a Pre-Order will take longer than four days to ship, we will contact you to let you know.
Can I add or subtract items from a Pre-Order?
Once a Pre-Order is placed, there is no way to guarantee that we can add items to that particular order. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a second order and email us to request that the orders be combined. If you wish to subtract items from a Pre-Order, please email us and we will attempt to accomodate your request to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee on all Pre-Order items you wish to subtract.
When will my order placed during Release Week ship?
Orders placed during the weekend of the release and up to the Friday after the release may experience up to a two day delay beyond our normal delivery times. We strive to ship all orders out within one business day, but due to the high volume of orders placed during the release period orders may require extra time to process and ship.
Can you ship sealed boxes internationally?
Wizards of the Coast policy does not allow the shipment of ANY in print sealed Magic product internationally. If you place an order that includes sealed product for shipment internationally or to a freight forwarding service, you will be refunded for ONLY the sealed product and not your shipping cost. This fee is due to the time it takes us to process the refunds.
How do I cancel a Pre-Order?
You may cancel any Pre-Order up to the Wednesday before the release. Any postage that has already been paid cannot be refunded. A 10% cancellation fee will also apply, but only for Pre-Order items.
Can you ship out the non Pre-Order items before the release?
The entire order will be held until the Pre-Order items are available. If you would like to receive the non Pre-Order items immediately, please place separate orders.
When will I be charged for Pre-Order items?
All charges will be made as soon as the order is placed.
Why did I only receive eight of a Pre-Ordered card?
Unless otherwise instructed via e-mail, we reserve the right to limit any customer to eight of a given card. If you wish to purchase more than eight, please e-mail us and we will attempt to accomodate your request. If we limit any order, we will issue a refund in full immediately to the credit card or PayPal account from which the order was placed.
What happens if the Pre-Order price goes down before the release?
Just as we would not charge you any additional amount if the price went up, we are unable to refund you any amount if the price of the Pre-Order item goes down. You may cancel any Pre-Order up to the Wednesday before the release. A 10% cancellation fee will apply and any postage paid cannot be refunded.
