Problem with an Order
While we work to avoid mistakes and prevent problems in our orders, occasionally they do occur and when they do, we are eager to fix them.
Most orders placed on Channelfireball.com are shipped within one business day, so it will not always be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.
If your order hasn’t been shipped. Contact us and we will try to stop your order from shipping. Once we can confirm that we stopped shipment, we are able to grant a refund. If a shipping label has already been generated and cannot be refunded, we will refund the value of the entire order minus the shipping cost.
If your order has been shipped. If we are unable to stop shipment or if your order has already left our facility by the time you’ve contacted us, you will have to refuse delivery or return the item to us once it arrives.
If you’ve received a damaged item, you are able to return it for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can approve the return and know to expect it. We will also refund all shipping charges associated with the return of the item if we are at fault for the damage. Please note that all refunds and re-shipments can only be made once the damaged item has been returned. If for any reason we are unable to exchange the damaged item for one in the correct condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of that item.
We double check each order for accuracy, once when it is pulled and again when it is packaged, but it is still possible for mistakes to occur from time to time. If you receive an item that you did not order, you are able to return it. We will refund all shipping charges associated with the return of the item. Please note that all refunds can only be made once the item has been returned.
If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
