Returns or Exchanges
Our return policies vary depending on the type of item you'd like to return.
Magic Singles Policy
Due to the volatile nature of the Magic singles market, we do not accept returns or exchanges on singles. The exceptions to this policy are when a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item or when a customer contacts us wanting to cancel his or her order before it ships, but we are unable to stop shipment in time.
Sealed Product, Supplies, and Apparel Policy
We do accept returns or exchanges on sealed product, supplies and apparel. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can approve the return and know to expect it. We are able to accept returns on these items as long as they are still in the same condition that they were sent in (If, for instance, a factory sealed item is opened, it cannot then be returned). We will issue the refund, minus the shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee, once we receive the returned item and inspect the condition. If the return is due to a mistake on our end, we will pay any return shipping costs.
How To Return
1. Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer, or in the package originally used to deliver the item.
2. Include the original order invoice or a note with the Order ID of your package so we can look your order up in our system when it is returned.

4. Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location. While the post office is a safe and secure form of shipment, for returns exceeding $500.00 we recommend shipping through UPS or FedEx due to their comprehensive tracking and automatic insurance.
5. When your package is returned to us, we will email you to confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 5 business days to be posted to your account.
