Shipping Rates and Information

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS for both international and domestic shipments. Please keep in mind that we estimate a one day handling time for any order placed on our site in addition to the following delivery time estimates. Shipping rates will vary according to the items in your order and where you are having them shipped. Our shipping calculator uses these factors to calculate the total shipping charge that you see during checkout. 

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

USPS First Class Domestic: Estimated Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. 

USPS Priority Domestic: Estimated Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

USPS Express Mail: Domestic Estimated Delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

USPS First Class International: Estimated Delivery within 10 to 20 business days.

USPS Express Mail International: Estimated Delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

UPS Ground: Estimated Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

UPS Second Day Air: Guaranteed Delivery within 2 business days.

UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed Delivery within 1 business day.

UPS Worldwide Express: Estimated Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: Estimated Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

 

Shipping Rates

To see the exact rates on particular item(s), please visit the checkout page and advance to the Shipping Methods section. Shipping rates depend on two factors: what you are buying and where you are having it shipped. We are located in Santa Clara, California so some shipping methods will cost more the further the destination is from us.  

 

Shipping Discounts

We, of course, encourage our customers to purchase more and like to reward them when they do. One way of doing that is by offering them discounts on their shipping. Here are the current offers that will automatically apply on qualifying orders during checkout:

Free First Class for domestic orders of at least $25.00 that contain singles only.

Free Priority for domestic orders of at least $150.00 that contain singles only.

Free UPS 2nd Day Air for domestic orders of at least $250.00 that contain singles only. 

Free UPS Ground for domestic orders of at least $250.00.

Free Priority for domestic orders of at least $250.00.

Free First Class for orders to Canada of at least $50.00 that contain singles only. 

25% off UPS Worldwide Expedited for orders of at least $100.00 that contain singles only.

50% off UPS Worldwide Expedited for orders of at least $250.00 that contain singles only. 

Free UPS Worldwide Expedited for orders of at least $500.00 that contain singles only. 

 

Our Packaging

Most singles orders are packaged with a protective top loader and shipped in a bubble mailer. For singles orders exceeding 500 cards, we may use cardboard boxes to help protect cards during transit. At Channel Fireball, we take pride in how our packages are shipped and try to minimize the chance of damage. We welcome feedback on ways to improve our packaging. 

 

For International Customers

Many packages including standard mail shipments to various countries are being assessed destination duties and taxes by local authorities. Due to this, carriers are facing increasing backlogs leading to greater risk of lost, undelivered and delayed packages. To improve the shipping experience for our international customers, we are offering only trackable service to the countries where this issue is most prevalent.

For those customers who can select first class international shipping, please keep in mind that this service is untracked. For this reason, Channel Fireball can bare no responsibility for lost packages and will not be able to provide a replacement or refund for any product lost in transit. We highly recommend communication with your local post office to ensure prompt delivery of your package. For those customers who would prefer a more secure method of shipment, we do offer several trackable services both through the post office (Express Mail) and UPS (Worldwide Expedited and Express).  

 

Signature Confirmation on UPS Shipments

In order to ensure the secure delivery of UPS packages, we require signature confirmation on all UPS shipments above $200.00. If you would not like to require a signature on your UPS shipment, please write "No Signature Required" in your order comments. Please note that we reserve the right to require a signature in all circumstances, but we will try to accomodate customer requests whenever possible.
